Hidden Mickey: Where To Find Them in Animal Kingdom

Between the lush landscapes and wild details, Animal Kingdom might be the trickiest park for spotting Hidden Mickeys, but trust us, they’re there.

With so much rich detail - carvings, textures, plants growing in every direction - the Mickeys blend in more than anywhere else. Which makes finding them that much more satisfying.

As always, we’re documenting the ones we’ve found.

It keeps Sophia engaged in between animal sightings, gives us something to do while waiting for Flight of Passage, and occasionally stops someone from asking for their third snack before 10 a.m.

Here’s what we’ve spotted so far.

And yes, we’ll keep adding as the hunt continues.

001. Creature Comforts

How To Find It:

Walking out of Creature Comforts towards Pizzafari, look to your right and you’ll see this giant, very detailed mural. It’s amazing. Within that mural, Sophia insists that to the right of the Gorilla there is this Hidden Mickey. You be the judge. Is it a Hidden Mickey?

002. Avatar Flight of Passage

How To Find It:

When you get into the Flight of Passage queue, you’ll go through a few rooms. This is the room right after the bathrooms. You’ll go up one lane, turn, and start going up more in the opposite direction. This is when you look up and you’ll see this Hidden Mickey.

Between the wildlife, the waterfalls, and the walking (so much walking), it’s easy to miss the little things, but that’s what makes spotting a Hidden Mickey in Animal Kingdom so satisfying.
